Olá Feministas!
Dia 15 de Dezembro e novo post de natal no ar e hoje vou vos falar sobre um assunto bem de Natal que é: Como entrar no Espirito de Natal, pois sei que algumas pessoas até hoje pode ainda não ter entrado no espirito natalício e se tu que estas a ler isto é uma delas, este post é para ti, hoje aqui neste post irei algumas ideias e dicas para começarem a entrar no espirito de natal.

Uma outra forma de entrar no espirito natalício é visitarem os locais que estão repletos de decorações de Natal e luzes de natal, pois em quase todos os países há diversos locais todos decorados e até mesmo há eventos ao longo do mês de Dezembro sobre o assunto natalício e isso é uma ótima iniciativa para saírem de casa e verem locais repletos e recheados com o “cheiro a Natal” e assim também podem estar juntos de amigos e família e se divertirem todos juntos.

Já tem aqui alguns posts sobre o assunto, mas nunca é demais mencionar esse assunto, que é viciarem/maratonar filmes, séries, vlogmas e/ou programas de variedade e os posts falam sobre esse assunto e nada melhor do que ficarem confortáveis, a comer algo e/ou a beber e verem aquilo que mais gostam no conforto da vossa casa, e podem tanto faz.lo sozinhos/as ou acompanhados/as e aqui irei deixar os links para terem ideias de coisas a maratonar/viciar

1. Decorem a vossa casa ou quarto!
Uma bela forma de entrarem no mood Christmas é decorarem a vossa casa e/ou o vosso quarto, pois quando iniciamos a decorar, até parece que o ambiente muda e enquanto tudo é decorado, até parece que o clima e a alma mudam e é também uma ótima oportunidade de fazerem DIY de decoração e colocarem um dedo vosso em toda a decoração e já publiquei aqui um post sobre DIY para o Natal

3. Recordar
Uma forma de começar a entrar no espirito natalício é recordar aqueles que já passaram, sejam em video ou em foto e se tiverem os dois em vossas mãos ainda melhor. E enquanto vem todas as recordações, lembrem-se de todos os bons momentos que passaram naquela altura, é sempre bom recordar de momentos que marcaram a nossa vida, especialmente quando éramos pequenos e pequenas e é uma ótima ideia para começar o espirito natalino
E ainda podem fazer algo para ter como recordar caso já tenham filhos que é criar uma sessão de fotografia com um estilo bem natalício e irem recordando ao longo dos anos e ainda podem criar todos os anos e ver a evolução do/s vosso/s filho/s

Agora uma ideia/dica perfeita para vocês que adoram To Do List e organizar tudo com antecedência e esta ideia consiste em organizar tudo o que vai fazer e precisar para a noite da consoada, o dia de Natal e até mesmo as compras de comida e presentes que vão oferecer e lá colocam tudo o que vos pode ajudar na altura que necessitarem e assim não há stress nenhum nesta época que normalmente causa muita ansiedade e stress
